The MSYO is pleased to announce that we are accepting applications to the 2025-26 Season.
The MSYO will run three ensembles: Sinfonia, Philharmonic, and Symphony Orchestra.
HOW TO APPLY
Fill out the MSYO application form by clicking the button below.
Once we receive your application, you will be contacted regarding an audition.
Applicants may indicate their preferred ensemble, but final placement will be based on audition results.
The application deadline is August 15.
Once an application form has been submitted, applicants will receive audition details, an intake form, and instructions for submitting a video audition.
Once accepted into the program, successful applicants will receive the MSYO Handbook, Code of Conduct, and tuition payment information.
Ensemble placement is determined by the MSYO Artistic Director.
If you are not admitted to the program, you may be put on a waiting list.
The Mississauga Symphony Orchestra has been active in Mississauga since 1972. It has been a resident tenant inside the Living Arts Centre since 1997. The Mississauga Symphony Orchestra has grown significantly in both membership and profile, and is now proudly designated as one of Mississauga's six pillar institutions of arts, culture, and heritage.
