Congratulations to our volunteer powerhouse, Teresa Lau, for winning the Hazel McCallion Volunteer of the Year Award at the 30th Annual MARTYs!
Teresa’s tireless contributions to Orchestras Mississauga have focused on nurturing the next generation of musicians through the Mississauga Symphony Youth Orchestra. From co-founding and co-chairing the first MSYO parent committee, to organizing events for the orchestra’s milestone 10th anniversary, and generously volunteering countless hours at Monday night rehearsals, Teresa’s passion for youth development has made her an invaluable part of the Mississauga music community.
