The MSYO is pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for the 2026-27 Season.
The MSYO will feature three ensembles this coming season: Sinfonia, Philharmonic Orchestra and Symphony Orchestra.
HOW TO APPLY
Fill out the MSYO application form by clicking the button below.
Applicants can choose the ensemble they want to audition for, but will be placed in the appropriate ensemble according to audition results.
The deadline for applications is August 15, 2026.
Once we receive your application, you will be contacted regarding acceptance, placement or if an audition is required.
Once accepted into the program, successful applicants will receive the MSYO Handbook, Code of Conduct, and tuition payment information.
Ensemble placement is determined by the MSYO Artistic Director.
If you are not admitted to the program, you may be put on a waiting list.
The Mississauga Symphony Orchestra has been active in Mississauga since 1972. It has been a resident tenant inside the Living Arts Centre since 1997. The Mississauga Symphony Orchestra has grown significantly in both membership and profile, and is now proudly designated as one of Mississauga's six pillar institutions of arts, culture, and heritage.
